上次去看妳應該是二月，後來自己被困在自己的問題和情緒中，一直想去看妳，卻又覺得沒有做好準備。就在4/2晚上，一如往常地連上妳的blog，留言卻是許多朋友表達的不捨。妳走了，我相信妳在天家，不再有眼淚，不再有痛苦。等我到天家，妳要招待我去妳家喔~我想，妳天上的房子，一定很漂亮:)

特質
Hospice的醫師和psychiatrist似乎具備著某種相仿的特質。
生死的議題太大，當文學作品和電影演出的故事，在眼前真實上演時，除了醫療專業的協助，緩解症狀，增進生活的品質之外。
我看到的是，他們如何在對談之間，在病人無奈、痛苦、矛盾的面容上，給予些許光和力量。
很開心的是，家醫科安排的安寧居家訪視，讓我看到一位值得敬重的基督徒醫師~，他的傾聽，提供醫療照護，運用的同理心，以及他清楚告知他可以提供的部份，醫師不是神，他也會適時提醒病人。professional, warm and gental～這是我對他的印象吧!
另，居家訪視中，護理人員的角色實在太不可或缺了~今天的學姐很活潑可愛有活力.....對案家的瞭解，照護程度都是專業和盡心的:)

The term hyaline usually refers to an alteration within cells or in the extracellular space, which gives a homogeneous, glassy, pink appearance in routine histologic sections stained with hematoxylin and eosin. It is widely used as a descriptive histologic term rather than a specific marker for cell injury. This tinctorial change is produced by a variety of alterations and does not represent a specific pattern of accumulation.
Intracellular accumulations of protein, described earlier (reabsorption droplets, Russell bodies, Mallory alcoholic hyalin, tumoral hyaline globules), are examples of intracellular hyaline deposits.
Extracellular hyalin has been somewhat more difficult to analyze.
- Collagenous fibrous tissue in old scars may appear hyalinized, but the physiochemical mechanism underlying this change is not clear.
- In long-standing hypertension and diabetes mellitus, the walls of arterioles, especially in the kidney, become hyalinized, owing to extravasated plasma protein and deposition of basement membrane material.

Consultation..
今天司君一老師和病理科學姐談到consultation也是需要學習的，因為你不可能完全都看的懂(玻片)，要知道自己會什麼，不會什麼，連待在教學醫院病理科VS們都需要彼此consultation了，如果以後是在中小型醫院，refer的機會更多。
話說這個case要consult美國的病理科醫師耶~~呵呵~在神內也有聽說過這個case，沒想到也有病理科醫師無法確診的case~~果真是博大精深呀!
